Lean Innovation enables organisations to look forward to the future, speeding the development of new or improved processes, products, services and/or experiences in the most efficient way. To accomplish this, a new mindset is required, enabling employees to learn, unlearn, experiment, prototype and iterate. This process will lead to the creation of a minimum viable product to gather user feedback and pivot before its launch.
During this session we will also reflect how ambidextrous organisations operate, exploiting the present and exploring the future and the relevance of developing collaborative ecosystems to accelerate innovation. To conclude, participants will gain insights from successful cases from various industries and the Lean Diamonds, inspiring them with their lean innovation best practices.
During this masterclass participants will:
- Understand and differentiate key terms: innovation, lean innovation, open innovation, regenerative innovation and collaborative ecosystems
- Get to know the ISO 56002:2019 standard as a guideline to manage the innovation process
